Little Mix - Hathbanger

Y'all probably know Party and Bullshit vs. Party In the USA (the Biggie vs. Miley Mix that got Hathbanger off the ground in terms of popularity. Andrew Hathaway, pro skiier, busted his way into the mashup world with full force. This here's another amazing mix by the man. Credit to Zach Garten for showing this to me. Thanks man.

Fold In Your Hands - Passion Pit

Hey guys sorry for not posting in a while but you'll get over it haha. So for this morning's post I got a favorite of mine I just heard for the first time in months. After Manners, the first full-length album for the band, came out, I was utterly addicted to it. So thanks to Robbie Schuetz for helping me find this drug called Passion Pit. If you like this song, PLEASE get the entire album. Contrary to most music, it's worth the money you pay for it and more. This song is not a favorite off the album for the general public but it's my new favorite for sure.

None Shall Pass - Aesop Rock; Imaginary Places - Busdriver

Great song, no questions asked. It's gotten a lot of hype in the music world lately yet I've never heard anyone i know talk about it at all. Found on a random youtube cruise day a few weeks ago and it was clearly the best one i found. This music video is so awesome, it's out there, it's original. Check it out.

Props to Jonny Pine for showing me this a few hours ago. I may not have loved it as much as him but the beat is oldschool and the lyrics and style are extremely creative so I give mad credit to Busdriver for this song. If you love this song, ask Jonny about it and he'll be happy to show you more. He met the guy at a Flobots concert way back when and said he was really cool, which I think is awesome that he's open to his fans.

Blood Sugar - Pendulum

Thank you Frank Marzella (and as i'm told the friend before him) for finding this gem of "drum and... bass". I was speechless from the word go on this song. If you like hardcore, techno, dubstep, or any electronic.. hands down, awesome song.

Katie Dear - the Felice Brothers

I was listening to this album today, Yonder Is The Clock, on my iPod and realized I had almost forgotten how beautiful the whole thing is. If you're a folk fan at all, check out the Felice Brothers and all their stuff. They are unbelievably calm and relaxing yet at the same time can be exhilarating. Just look at their concerts.. half the time theyre just rambling on drunk and its still amazing.

Too Fake - Hockey

Now if you like the Arctic Monkeys, you'll love this song. I ran into it randomly while going through their stuff actually and was pleasantly surprised. So please, enjoy.

Walcott - Vampire Weekend

My favorite song by Vampire Weekend, they were unbelievable last night at Constitution Hall. I will post a few videos that me and Robbie Schuetz took there. So keep your eyes open for that. And I'd love to credit whoever got me into this amazing unfreakingbelievable band so long ago but I couldn't tell you who they were. All I know is that I can thank NYC for birthing this incredible 4-man orchestra.

Cigaretts & Alcohol - Oasis

Found this favorite song Oasis song ever on Zach Garten's iPod, i still owe him alot for that.. I was dying to see them live until Noel decided to be a pussy and leave the band after his hundred thousandth arguement with his brother, Liam. And Liam had the nerve to let him go and say they'd keep recording?! I'm losing respect for the band day-by-day but their songs are forever.

It's Time To Get Laid - Kate Miccuci & William H. Macy

I found this a lil while ago as an advertisement for this little known comedy Bart Got a Room. Hated the movie but thought this song was great. Kate Miccuci had lots of short little songs like this that show really how simple it is to write a song about something youre thinking. Listen to Dear Deer too, it's crazy random and has alot of Kate's creativity in it.

A Whole Lot Better - Brendan Benson

I heard this one on 103.1 on my way home from school and it turns out that right now its one of the most played songs on Alt Nation on XM Radio. I kinda love the kaleidoscope pespective of this video.

You! Me! Dancing! - Los Campesinos

Props to Nick Cortezi for showing me this band! This is my favorite song by them, not to mention the music video is awesome, it's been on my iPod since Nick first showed me this. If you can this video via iTunes or a youtube video ripping program, please do, it's especially entertaining when you want nothing more than to watch random stuff happen at random times.

Animal - Neon Tree

Shoutout to Robbie Schuetz for being a total badass in showing me this song. I'd heard it while climbing with him and he pointed it out. This is the single from Neon Tree's new album Habits.

This Too Shall Pass - Ok Go

I saw this under featured videos for the day on Youtube and figured "eh, i used to listen to Ok Go so lets see" and then i found out it was the most awesome music videos ive ever seen and it may now be my favorite ever because i always wanted to do that as a kid. Enjoy this masterpiece.

Animals - KiT

This song is awesome. I found it in a snowboard contest preview and I fell in love with it as soon as it came on.
